WD Access always shows same notifications - No request for Admin password when clearing

I’ve worked a ticket with WD support and they gave up. Their solution was to uninstall the WD Access application. I have done the uninstall process - but I like this application - so I’m hoping there’s someone out there who fixed this on their own.

Windows 10 - latest patch.
The issue I have is every time this application is launched the same 13 notifications come up.

Per instructions - if I closed each of these notifications - they should stop coming up.
However, when I close each notification - the application does not prompt me for the Admin account password - which I think is where the problem lies. Per documentation each notification I close should prompt for password.

If anyone besides WD can help me with this issue - it would be greatly appreciated.
