My wife gave me this for Christmas and I’ve been using it for a month. When accessing files I frequently get the red X and the file is not accessible for 20-40 seconds. Also when playing music, it stops randomly. I checked my USB power source and made sure they were enabled.
Any suggestions or do I have a dud?
It seems like a virus or might be something wrong with the drive. Have you checked your system with antivirus to detect if there is any issue with that.
