WD 750SN Black - Slow speeds

Hi,

I just installed my new WD750SN Black and did speed tests which were like 35% of expected.
Speed test: Speed test

I reinstalled my windows 10 twice setting up AHCI in BIOS.
It was the only one disk during windows installation.
I attached it to my m.2 port but I also tried to connect it using pci express adapter.
I was using western digital ssd drivers, intel drivers.
I was trying almost everything but the speeds are still double slower than my 3 years old Toshiba ssd disk.

My Desktop details:

I would be grateful for some ideas, drivers, anything to fix it.
