My WD drive/G drive folder keeps poping up every few minutes for some reason. I also have a WD 3tb/F drive which doesn’t exhibit this behavior.

After reading your other post and this one, I’ll to recommend you to test the drive using the WD DLG tool.

Thank you! Well the drive passed the test. I’m beggining to think its a limitation of W7. Maybe 7tb of external hard drive is too much.
So the problem is leaving any of the autoplay options on default. You have to pick something.
