WD 320gb drive only lists 127gb what do I do

Hello everyone,
I have a 320gb hard drive that only shows 127gb even when I try to format! What am I doing wrong? I’m running Windows 10 On my Dell Laptop, All help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

If you go to disk management under computer management what does the drive show? In order to go to disk management you can right click on the windows icon and there you will see computer management, then go to disk management. verify that the drive have only one partition or more than one. This is highly unlikely on windows 10.
