WD 2TB My Passport will no longer backup

ALL of the following Laptops and WD Passports have worked for 2 years: The only App not working is the BACKUP App.
I have 2 laptops, Laptop “A” and Laptop “B”. I have 2 each WD 2TB Passports, PSPT “1” and PSPT “2”. Laptop “A” will backup BOTH WD PSPTs. Laptop “B” will not backup WD PSPT “1” NOR WD PSPT “2” . While monitoring Task Manager Laptop “B” when initiating WD BKUP it flashes WD Backup is “Suspended”. I have uninstalled ALL WD PSPT Apps from Laptop “B” . I reinstalled ALL WD Apps again onto Laptop “B”. I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH LAPTOP “2”. Can anyone please help me with this problem. Thanking you in advance.
