Hi everybody I am just starting at WD Community.
I got a WD 2TB My Passport USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive and formatted it to use with my Mac.
Ass expected the WD and support files, utilities and manuals have been removed. I’ve been looking at knowledge base how to restore the disk image but so far have not been successful.
Would someone give me a hand here on how to do that?

Whats the model number of the passport? Depending on the model number you can get all of the files that came with the passport as part of the downloads.
