I have tried to follow the instructions to set up WD 2go on my iphone, however I do not know where to put in the activation code as it is not asking for one, and it is telling me ‘This device is inaccessible; only local files are available’.
I am incredibly non technical and thought this was all suppose to be straightforward. Any help please?

The first step is to create the remote access code from your device dashboard and then enter that code on the WD2Go app. Follow the instructions on the links below for more information.
