I have bought several WD green SSD drives with certified stores, these are WDS240G3G0A models, they install the operating system and they get stuck, they do not allow the mouse to move, the machine completely frozen, we have tried several types of machines and the same result

he comprado varios discos ssd WD green con tiendas certificadas, estos son modelos WDS240G3G0A instalan el sistema operativo y se quedan pegados no dejan mover el mouse, la maquina totalmente congelada, hemos probado varios tipos de maquinas y el mismo resultado
Alguien sabe como resolver esto???
