I have an internal WD 1TB hard drive in a Windows 2003 Server that has been working fine for a couple of years. Recently the drive will randomly become unavailable and the drive letter disappears from File Explorer. A reboot of the system brings the drive back, but the frequency of the failures is starting to increase. Any ideas about how to fix this?
