I broke my hard disk. I am trying to safe my files but l cant. All service say samething. There is a crypto password which from WD.
Please there is many important files how l can get this password
The logic board probably has failed so recovery is expensive
Yesterdaynight l contackt with wd . They said me they dont have any password of any disk it can be other way. I used it on macbook . He told me contackt apple service they cauld ake a password to your disk
I ll ask to apple now
Apple does not put passwords on disks
Try removing the disk and install it on a PC and see if the disk drive is still working
