Way to Access to Gen 2 My Cloud ID Mirror?

I am trying to retrieve my documents and looking for ways to access My Cloud mirror (Gen 2 version) through Microsoft edge?

It seems the Internet Explorer option is no longer available to access.

Appreciate any help or guidance you can provide on this.

No worries, to access your Gen 2 My Cloud Mirror through Microsoft Edge:

  1. First, find the device’s IP address.
  2. Now, open up Microsoft Edge.
  3. In the address bar, type in that IP address.
  4. Hit Enter and log in using your credentials.

You should be good to go!
