Watching from a remote access

Hi all

I have set everything up right on My Book Live,signed on to WD2go ,but when I try and watch any of my films,from a different location  it takes sometimes 5-10 mins to load,is this normal

It depends on how fast your Internet UPLOAD speed is from your home, and how big the file is.
