Was unable to log in

I recently lost network access to my WD Home running the latest update (not 5.0) and had to restart my entire home network. All fixed not a problem, but when I tried to log into files.mycloud.com all I got was a blank page.
I tried the login link on 2 different computers with the same result. When I tried on my mobile phone network it let me log in. When I changed it back to my wireless network it went back to the white blank screen again. I tried to connect with a VPN redirect on one of my computers and it let me log in. I switched that back off and tried again and it worked on all computers and mobile phone. It was as if my IP was temp blocked as I could log in through the cell network.
It’s all working ok now but something weird is definetly going on.
