Warranty returns web page crash?

Much to my surprise my 2TB WD20EFZX Red Plus died a couple of days ago. Even more to my surprise it was still in warranty. I’ll RMA it, I thought.

I completed all the online forms but got no further than submitting my details when I had the pleasure of being presented with what is obviously a crashed web text page eg:

Array [Incident_Customfields_c_brand => 555
and many other lines of ‘presumably SQL code’
I tried different browsers - no luck.
Anybody else seen this?

I haven’t had that exact issue, but man, that error page sounds like a headache. Maybe try reaching out to WD support directly?
