Warranty replacment cost

I can’t believe that WD is charging for faulty hdd replacements.

$43.46 ( $43.46 + $0.00 Tax) - that is the cost I was advised for a replacement. It’s better to go out an buy a different manufactures drive at this point, rather than pay over 1/3 the cost of a new hdd.

That’s crazy.
