Oke So i recently bought WD SN770 500GB Gen4 ssd from AliExpress on sale it comes with a 5 year international warranty now i wanna register it on wd website after registration and giving proof of purchase the screenshot of order complete from aliexpress today i got a email from WD Saying its not enough of a proof of purchase now what should i provide them? that would be a valid purchase proof. since i already provided them the order receipt from aliexpress. i also have the image of package that was delivered to me which has mine and sellers address on it would that be sufficent?
