Warranty question

Hi wd community,

My internal hard drive seems to be lagging anything from loading,boot, running games,etc… Example the textures in game takes time to load or anytime a game auto saves lags hugely…
Yes my pc is uncompromised from virus,heat and clean healthy power.

Is ther more ways to test this and confirm also if it is the hard drive and would warranty cover this?

did u check it with softwares? like hdtune, CrystalDiskInfo (free)
we should see S.M.A.R.T
u can do it manualy with: start menu → run → Command Prompt → wmic diskdrive get model,status
if said ok its good, if said Pred Fail there is a problem.
so chreck it with those software and send us its information so might can help u
