Waking from sleep every 30 minutes

My MBL is consistently waking from sleep every 30 minutes even when it is not being accessed. After 10 minutes, it will go back to sleep, and then wake again 20 minutes later.

I cannot reply to that thread, so I created this new one. Are people still having this issue?

Checking the logs for the drive will show any abnormal activity or connections
