Wake this device is not of any help

I have been using My Cloud mirror 12 TB drive for almost 6 months now , however for past 7 odd days this drive goes into the sleep mode after some 12 to 14 hours of “rebooting” and then the “wake up device” shows .
Inspite of repeatedly clicking on this wake up device , the drive does not get active.

I have to do the power off to start using this drive.
Hope I get a solution how to handle this , without the last resort of system reset.I have approx 5 TB of data

You can try a system only reset, this won’t erase any data, however a quick or full restore will erase your data, hope this helps clear things out.

I did try system reset , but the problem still remains ! thanks
