Hello Finsheat,

With the latest firmware update for My Cloud Ex2 Ultra below issues were fixed:

  1. Resolved issue of unable to toggle ON and OFF the product improvement option.
  2. Resolved issue of unable to create/import multiple users and groups.
  3. Resolved issue of unable to open a technical support case from the dashboard.
