Volume name does not show up on the Shares and Shares cannot be created or renamed

After a power outage the Volume Name Field is not showing on the Shares in the Application. The Volume _1 is a Raid 1 and is showing Good. Both Disks are 4 TB WD Red and are Showing Good. When you go into the Shares tab in the Share Profile all the Shares have a blank volume name where you should expect to see Volume_1.

Also if you try to rename a share you get an error " Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again" . I have checked al the Network connections, the Internet connection is fine.

I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra with a pair of 4TB WD Red disks in a Raid 1 mirror. it is running ver 5 OS. Everything looks good but it wont let me create or rename any of the Shares. the Error States

" Error

  • Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again."

The Internet connection is Okay.

If I try to create a share a get this error.

"Error

  • No Volume Found."
