Please help, Is it possible to play films from the plex folder using vlc player. When I connect the vlc player to the mycloud drive all it sees is an empty public folder. Any help would be appreciated.

VLC cannot access the Plex folders in the user private mounted network drive.

Use the Plex App
OPTION #2
If on iOS and Android, open the movie using the My Cloud Home mobile App.
If you get the “Open In” page, open in VLC
