Viewing MyCloud Media on PS3

Hi

I have uploaded music, video and photos to MyCloud. I have successfully connected MyCloud to my PS3 and can see the device. However when I look under MyCloud in the Photo/Video/Music section on the PS3, it says “No Files found”. All I can see is information about the MyCloud.

Any ideas on how I can see the relevant media files on my PS3?

If you uploaded the content recently, it is possible that the content scanning on the NAS is not finished or is stuck. It might take a few hours for the content to be scanned. If you think enough time has passed to rule out processing time, reboot the NAS from the dashboard.
