Videos not seen in iTunes

OK, I’ve had my WD, (WHITE LIGHT), for a few months now and it’s working for back-ups on Laptops and MAC’s very well.

I’m now starting to use it for the media server, specifically iTunes.

I can see my music in my iTunes account, but I can’t see any videos - if the music folder is working I can’t understand why the video one doesn’t?

Are there additional settings?

Is that because the video server doesn’t support iTunes?

Any tips welcome, I tried a search on this but nothing turned up.

OK, so I had some time last night and put the videos in the music folder, nope still can’t see them.

I’m giving up and buying something else that works.
