Very Active File

I recently went to restore my data files after having to rebuild windows 7 once again.  I found that I didn’t have a file I almost update daily.  Then it dawned on me that the number of copies had been exceeded and I wasn’t going to find it.  So here’s my dilemma, does anyone have a work around for a file ot two that you update more frequently than the number of copies you have specified?

I was thinking about appending a date to the file name periodically, but that’s kind of a pain in the lower extremities.

Thanks

Hi,

The backup software will keep the most recent version of the files.

Please see page 67 of the user manual for more information about keeping multiple versions of your files.

Thanks, but when I did my restore, the file I needed was 2 months old.  Also I had issues with permissions.  I got around it, but what a PITA.

I was able to rebuild it with a little work.  So I have completely rebuilt the drive, uninstall and format, and will keep an eye out for this in the future.
