Using optical Thunderbolt cable to G-RAID SHUTTLE 4?

I have just bought the G-RAID SHUTTLE 4 and am using the very short Thunderbolt 3 cable.

I wonder if it is possible to use a 5 meter optical TB3 cable from Corning such as this one: Corning Thunderbolt 3 USB Type-C Male Optical Cable, 5m

I have already created a support incident but get no reply. (Incident #: 230104-005664)
