My Samsung UE40F55 picks up my MBL fine and I can stream my video files easily enough, the problem I have is I am unable to use the control functions - pause, rewind, fast forward and so on. Incidently it does do it for VOB files, but most of mine are MKVs.
Does anyone know whether there is a patch or codec pack I can install on the TV that would enable it to use the control functions when playing MKVs?
I’ve thought about using a separate media server installed on my Macbook but I don’t want to have to leave my computer on.
