Users can't copy video files out from folder

I just bought My Book Live and after installation i managed to create 1 private folder (Folder A) and set media serving: All  and added 1 users for my friend that he is granted full access on Folder A.

I’ve asked my friend to access Folder A to copy out some files, but he can’t copy or cut video files which I’ve put inside for him. As for images it works fine.

How does this happen and how to solve it?
