I just Factory Restore my My Cloud 4TB, WDMyCloud v04.05.00-315 : Core F/W. When I try to create my users it will not take the username I am giving and it says " User name already exists. (400054) ". It did that for all 4 user I tried to create. It seems like it somehow kept that from before the Factory Restore. It will work if I give a different username. I used the "FULL RESTORE "and it took 2 days to complete. Shouldn’t this thing delete everything after the Factory Restore? How can I fix that?

Yes it should have removed all users if you performed a full factory restore. Do you have any other My Cloud units on the local network?
One other thing to try, clear your web browser’s cache as a troubleshooting step.
If that doesn’t work, try performing a 40 second reset as explained in the following link:
