User management and Shares is broken

I am not able to access the shares with the users i have created. I have assigned the write access to a share but when I access the share using smb, I can’t access it. I connect to the server using" Finder->go->connect to server" with the registered user. Connecting via admin allows me to use the shares but not with a user that i have created. Only public and Smartware are accessible. Seems like samba config file is not updated accordingly.

You should try to check it after 4 second reset of My Cloud device.
