Hi just set up my WD4100, went to do my first front transfer from a usb external and clicked the “copy” button on the 4100. After it said it was done, i moved the USB files into their respected folders (music, video etc) on My Cloud but there was no songs in the folder. Seems it just made folders and didnt transfer the songs over. What did i do wrong?
