Hi, before i start the rma process, i want to make sure i did everything. my problem is that when i plug up my drives, i get an incorrect function error when i try and initialize it. i have googled the error and tried numerous ideas but none work. i would very much like to save my data if possible. the weird part is that i have 2 of the same my book duo’s and they both have the same problem. sorry if this is the wrong forum, i could not find the regular my book duo.
