USB Cable help

Hey guys. I have a Elements External Desktop for cheap off amazon a few months ago, and now the USB keeps connecting and disconnecting constantly. It’s quite annoying. I’ve read other people having this problem too. But  don’t see the USB cable for this model in the WD Store. My model number is [deleted]. Can someone point me in the right direction :slight_smile:

I would suggest to contact WD, if the drive is under warranty they can send you another usb cable

I believe it’s a Micro USB cable on the end for the dive.
