Usb 3.0 problem

the first time that i plugged my book essential in on usb 3.0 windows 7 installed the driver and works well.

when i unplugged the usb 3.0 and drops in usb 2.0 its works even.

when i plugged again on 3.0 windows 7 doesnt regnoized the hdd:crying_cat_face:

Now my book essential doesnt work in 3.0.

what can be the problem ??

how can i slove this problem?

try updating the SES drivers and the drivers for the 3.0 controller…
