US-based support

Does anyone have a telephone number for US-based, non-web-based warranty support? I need to speak to a supervisor about an RMA that no one seems able or willing to provide, and the web site is hopeless and simply does not work. I’m tired of banging my head against brick walls and am ready to start writing to consumer protection agencies.
