Urgent someone help me! i need to have support

Hi everyone
I have a 12 tb Gspeed Q and I’m in the middle of a work.|
Everything is there
Now I have my linux recognize the drive but can’t mount
I did probably a thing ■■■■■ but i de connect the hard drive and tried one and I reshuffled the drives (i’m an ■■■■■ but I was in panic)
Now this is seems failed or is just recreating the array.
The space was 9tb so I assume the raid is 5
Right now I have 3 white lights fix and one amber blinking with light
If I removed the hard drive blinking the other turn blue but i have a red light
So what I want understand is
I have lost my data? (in raid 5 in theory shouldn’t be)
In this moment my GSPEEDQ is in the process to rebuild the array?
I stopped the process 2 times in case. should be a problem?
What I need to do?

Seriously is the worst support ever.
I called and nobody help me.

I HAVE REPLACED THE DRIVE AND I HAVE A SOLID RED LIGHT NOW
ALSO I THINK I LOSTED EVERYTHING
