Urgent Help!

Hi there all you technologically capable people!!

I obviously, have a problemo!
Well!!!
Long story short I had all my files backed up from my computer on my Passport Essential, then comp crashed had to get a new hardrive, plugged in my Passport for file retrieving and there is NO BACKED UP VOLUMES in the retrieve tab!!!

I am having a bit of a panic…
Is there a way I can get to the files and restore them through the My Computer Folder??

Yes. You can go into the backup folder and retrieve the backed up files. It will be named Smartware if you have and older Smartware version or smartware_stor if you have a newer version.
