I have just purchased a 1tb wd mycloud. up loaded video from my samsung note three, I then accessed the mycloud from my Panasonic 58 ax800 thru the media server and all the vids play up side down. the orientation is correct when replayed on the phoneanyone have a solution to this.
Not really a question for WD – the storage is just serving the file.
It’s up to your TV to interpret the orientation metadata and adjust appropriately.
Short of that, all you can do is use a video editor and rotate the video and re-encode it or use a transcoding DLNA server to do it on-the-fly.
