Upgraded to OS5 and now cannot see on network

I have been running several My Cloud devices with NO problems for a few years. I upgraded to OS 5 on one of the devices and shortly after it disappeared from my network and now cannot be seen/accessed on the network, remotely or using the new iPhone app
