Upgraded my EX4100 to the MY Cloud OS 5....and now I have a failed drive

My EX4100 was working just fine, but I keep getting emails from WD telling me to upgrade to OS 5. I did it, and it seemed to work, but now I have a failed drive. I only have one red light (the fourth bay), but I am clueless on what to do next. Worked absolutely fine until I did this. This is unbelievable; I hope there is a fix for it. Please help!
