Post to the My Cloud Home section if you haven’t already. As already stated this subforum discusses a completely different device that uses a completely different operating system. None of the files used to unbrick a single bay My Cloud will work for the My Cloud Home.
It appears, per a quick 5 second internet search, those who are able to use another hard drive in a My Cloud Home are cloning the old drive to the new one.
