Hi ! Just bought the WD Passport external drivie 4TB, and after installing and testing the software for WD software for Window and found that some folders were NOT Locked and some were Locked, any advice from anyone would be appreciated. Thanks
WD Security allows password protection and hardware encryption to be set to protect the drive from unauthorized use or access.
WD Drive Utilities allows the user to register the drive, set the sleep timer, run diagnostics and perform a Drive Erase.
