Unstable Connection

Hi,
I had installed with lan wired My Cloud EX4 and some days works well and fast without any issues. Other Days, The device has problem with access and the connection with pc.

MyCloud is updated at last version.
7 mac (os: high sierra 10.13.2) are connected (wifi) and own cloud account, not all make operation at same time.
All mac make access to Cloud with finder and some times for fast editing, open files directly from cloud.
The problem with cloud is not always connected at router problems, because the access to internet or entranet works

Not all computer has the same access problem together, the only way to solve it is rebooting the system.
I had try with restart the finder trought terminal or close all windows but almost every time don’t working.

My question are:

  • Cloud not support more then one user at same times?
  • Upgrade router with another more stable, is the solution?
  • Cloud is developer only as a lan storage?
  • Someone has a solution? App for use it? Create a network filter for scheduler all operations?

I needs a more secure system,
