Seems resolved. able to connect to My Cloud drive remotely.
Seems like the mycloud site changed their password requirements. It started working for me again once I signed in and updated my password.

after i did the 40 sek reset the message og cloud access was connected. So it was today but when i clicked on send code i did not get the same message (undefined) so somethings has happend. Had to power down te ex2 fo 10 sek because my folders was not on the network and i could not find it on ip adress. But now when i try to connect with cloud access i get error code 970 from the app and on the main site: “Connection status failed”
