Unable to upload files on My Cloud using the dashboard

Hi,

I use My Cloud for few weeks and I have a problem,
When I try to upload files from a remote location it works only with very light files (.txt).

With a big one, It begin to load but after a short time, it stop and crash

In fact, this guy (Unable to upload files/photos - #2 by John012) has exactly the same problem

Hi,

What firmware are you running on your drive?

Also check the setting on your router to see if a firewall is not allowing the upload on different files.
