Receive the below message/popup when submitting a Support Case. No identification of what the issue may be. No line/info highlighted/redtagged showing there is an issue or anything missing.



There was a problem with the request and the action could not be completed.

You may be using a VPN or you may be showing a geolocation that is in a region that is no longer supported by Western Digital, perhaps something to do with the conflict in eastern Europe?
