Unable to sign in to mycloud account

I just upgraded “My Cloud” from OS3 to OS5 and created a new MyCloud account. When I go to os5.mycloud.com and enter my email and password and click “Sign In,” nothing happens. No error, no change to the page, no log in. I couldn’t find any OS5 articles relating to this issue - anyone know the solution?

I should mention that everything works fine on my in-home network - I can open Windows Explorer on any computer on my network and navigate and access the files on My Cloud, so I know something is working right!
