Same issue to me.
I’ve solved fixing net connection. If our WDHD is not connected to internet, it’s unable to get correct date.

You may need to use a program like WD Access which can be downloaded/installed from the WD Support Downloads page (Page Not Found | WD Support) to find the My Cloud.
