Unable to see WD passport ultra drive under Drives

Hi Team ,

When i connect my passport ultra extrenal drive to USB on drive light is up but in my computer not seen any drive and not even anything there under device manager screenshot attached pls check.

Using Dell laptop and OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language.
